Description
Defence CS Soipan Tuya makes her address during the launch of the second phase of the Sh500 million trauma centre project at Nakuru County Referral and Teaching Hospital on November 12, 2025. The CS, accompanied by Nakuru Governor Susan Kihika, handed over the project to the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) to undertake the construction.
