The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Ezra Chiloba flanked by political parties and IEBC officials during a political parties’ forum ahead of 2017 general elections held at the Great Rift Valley Lodge, Nakuru County on January 12, 2016. Under the theme- enhancing trust and public participation, the forum addressed the mass voter registration and education, political parties funding among others.
