State Department of Trade PS Chris Kiptoo during the Kenya national Agoa strategy validation workshop themed ‘Maximizing Opportunities Under Agoa at the Raddison Blu hotel on January 18, 2018. State Department of Trade PS Chris Kiptoo said although Kenyan exports are dominated by textiles and apparel, currently, Kenya commands only 0.4% of the US$ 84 billion market despite being the leader of the Sub-Saharan Africa exports of textile and apparel to the market.
