Description
Kiprono Chelugui, Baringo County Senate aspirant, campaigns at Tulwongoi in Baringo South on June 19, 2017. He pledged that if elected, he would fund peace meetings to address the insecurity in the county. Chelugui blamed the sitting senator, Gideon Moi, for not calling for peace meetings, which he said has contributed to increased cases of cattle rustling and banditry attacks.
