Uasin Gishu County Governor Jackson Mandago during the launch of the County’s Information Communications Technology Consumer Forum, in partnership with Communications Authority of Kenya held at Eldoret Sport Club on June 12, 2015. Mandogo said there is poor mobile network in some areas of his county, areas like Meibeki in Moiben. He also said that the national treasury has delayed releasing money to the county hence workers have not been paid for the month of May.
