Description

Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju (centre) and Senate counterparts Prof. Kithure Kindiki (left) and Kipchumba Murkomen at a press conference. Jubilee Party continued its scathing attacks on the Judiciary, a day after the Head of State accused the courts of being used by the opposition to scuttle the August 8 elections. Senior Jubilee Party leaders not only accused the Judiciary of being “a threat to the rule of law,” but also criticized individual judges for failing to recuse themselves despite apparent conflicts of interest.
