Description

Embu Governor Martin Wambora (right) presents a gift to the Vice Governor of the Shanxi Provincial Government, He Tiancia (centre). On the left is Guo Ce, an economist based at the Chinese Embassy in Kenya. Wambora signed a KSh 25.5 billion development deal with the Chinese company Shanxi Dikuang Overseas Construction Firm on November 21.
