Description
Water Minister Charity Ngilu (right) gives her KSh 200,000 donation to her assistant Mwangi Kiunjuri at Matanya Village on December 5, 2009. The two had attended a fundraiser in aid of local women’s groups. Regarding the draft constitution, Ngilu proposed that between the Premier and the President’s seat, one should be held by a woman.
