Internal Security Minister Professor George Saitoti (left), being welcomed by a Church elder Mr. Raphael Kapai, when he arrived at a harambee in aid of PCEA Kitengela on July 12, 2009. The minister gave Sh250,000 as his contribution. He said culture of impunity should be stopped in this country by prosecuting all the perpetrators of the post-election violence.
