Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi (left) and Centre for Rights Education and Awareness (CREAW) Executive director Wangechi Wachira hold booklets after the launch of the Meru County sexual and gender-based violence policy at Three Steers hotel, Meru on June 27, 2019.
