Description

Center for Human Rights and Democracy Director Ken Wafula (left), Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi, and former Lugari MP Cyrus Jirongo during prayers for Deputy President William Ruto and Joshua Sang, who were facing charges at the International Criminal Court, held at Kiluka, Uasin Gishu County, on October 18, 2015. Jirongo said the only person with the key to having the charges against Ruto at The Hague dropped was President Uhuru Kenyatta, claiming he had intelligence on what was in the Waki envelope.
