Presidential hopeful Jimi Wanjigi leaving Milimani Law Courts on Monday, September 27, 2021, after his bid to have DCI George Kinoti jailed for defying court orders was adjourned. George Kinoti is yet to surrender several weapons seized from the businessman’s home in a 2017 raid. The DCI was found in contempt of court and was to appear in court for mitigation before sentencing. Kinoti failed to appear in court, and Justice Antony Mrima adjourned the case to November.
