Tourism assistant minister Cecily Mbarire displays a photo she says was taken during the fundraising ceremony in Bondo at a press conference at parliament buildings on August 23, 2011, where she refuted claims that she tried to bribe KACC director Patrick Lumumba with Ksh100 000. Mbarire said she will file a defamation suit against Lumumba today (August 24, 2011).
